REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Billing Policy

All payments for services, subscriptions, programs, digital products, workshops, events, and speaking engagements are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • A. Coaching services

  • B. Subscriptions

  • C. Digital products

  • D. Workshops and programs

  • E. Events and speaking engagements

3. Coaching and Session-Based Services

  • A. Payments are non-refundable once a session or billing period has begun

  • B. Missed or no-show appointments are foreconsidered completed and are not refunded

  • C. Late arrivals do not extend session time

4. Subscriptions

  • A. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis

  • B. Billing continues until canceled by the client

  • C. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

  • D. No refunds are issued for partial periods or unused benefits

Clients are responsible for canceling subscriptions prior to the next billing date.

5. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital delivery, all digital product sales are non-refundable.

6. Workshops, Programs, and Events

  • A. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

  • B. Transfers or credits are granted at the sole discretion of Majestic Talks, LLC

  • C. No-shows are not refunded

7. Speaking Engagements

Speaking fees, deposits, retainers, and travel-related costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

8. Failed or Disputed Payments

  • A. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access

  • C. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of services

9. Policy Updates

Majestic Talks, LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
