This Pastoral Counseling Training is a sixteen-week course that is based on the Therapeutic Expedition: Equipping the Christian Counselor for the Journey, written by John C. Thomas and Lisa Sosin. This training teaches the theories and techniques needed to effectively perform a counseling session, while also teaching each participant about who they are and what they are capable of. This course is for lay persons, ministers, and pastors that wants to enhance their ability to provide holistic care for the congregation. It is also for those who are willing to set aside their titles and ego for the sake of the people they serve.
