1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any service, product, program, subscription, digital resource, workshop, speaking engagement, or AI-assisted tool provided by Majestic Talks, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client,” “User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Majestic Talks, LLC provides faith-based coaching, purpose coaching, educational content, digital resources, workshops, speaking services, and AI-supported tools intended to support personal growth, clarity, accountability, and purpose alignment.

  • IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
    A. Our services do not replace licensed mental health care.
    B. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.
  • C. Our services are not intended for crisis intervention or emergency situations.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact 911 or 988 immediately.

3. No Guarantees

All services are provided for educational and coaching purposes only. Individual results are not guaranteed and depend on personal effort, consistency, circumstances, and application.

4. Coaching, Sessions, and Appointments

For any coaching or session-based service (individual or group):

  • A. Sessions are time-bound and structured

  • B. Late arrivals reduce session time and are not extended

  • C. Missed or no-show sessions are forfeited

  • D. Sessions do not roll over unless explicitly stated

Coaching sessions are not casual conversation, venting sessions, or crisis support.

Majestic Talks, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if boundaries are violated.

5. Subscriptions

For subscription-based services:

  • A. Billing occurs on a recurring basis

  • B. Subscriptions remain active until canceled

  • C. Benefits are limited to what is stated for the subscription

  • D. Unused benefits do not roll over unless stated

Subscription status may be verified prior to service delivery.

6. Digital Products and Resources

Digital products (including ebooks, workbooks, journals, courses, downloads, recordings, templates, AI tools, and digital content):

  • A. Are delivered electronically

  • B. Are for personal use only

  • C. May not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed

  • D. All digital sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Workshops, Events, and Speaking Engagements

For workshops, programs, events, or speaking services:

  • A. Booking terms are defined at the time of agreement

  • B. Fees, deposits, and retainers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

  • C. No-shows are not refunded

8. AI Tools and Automation

Any AI-powered tools, bots, or automated systems provided by Majestic Talks, LLC:

  • A. Offer guidance, education, and structured support

  • B. Do not replace licensed mental health care

  • C. Are not intended for emergencies or crisis situations

  • D. Are used at the user’s discretion and responsibility

9. Client Conduct

Clients and users agree to use services respectfully and appropriately.
Misuse of services, inappropriate conduct, solicitation, harassment, or boundary violations may result in termination of access without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, branding, AI prompts, tools, and resources are the intellectual property of Majestic Talks, LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Majestic Talks, LLC is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of its services. Use of services is at the client’s own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Majestic Talks, LLC operates.
